Weekly Practice

PATIENCE, KINDNESS, AND GOODNESS
Eat Together

EVERY TIME WE receive Communion, we remember the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus that brings us into new life. But his presence with us is not limited to bread and wine; we are invited to remember him as often as we break bread together. This week, any time you are eating with your family or friends, look for God in your midst. If you do not usually eat with others, make a point to share a meal with at least one other person this week. Be reminded that Jesus ate normal meals with his friends and family too. Any moment can become a holy moment when we recognize the holy among us.

Have a blessed week!
