Serving the Undeserving

Scripture: John 3:1-17

MANY OF US know the words of John 3:16 but forget the words that follow: Jesus was sent not to condemn the world but that the world might be saved through him. This week, join Jesus as he reaches to love and serve the undeserving: buy lunch for an offensive coworker; bake cookies for a mean neighbor; send a card to an estranged family member; offer food and conversation to a panhandler. As you do, remember with gratitude the way Christ has invited you into a whole new life with God.
